Description
ALMS series is a kind of manual Stretch Blow Molding Machine and is very ideal to produce PET bottle from 15ml to 1500ml with 2-cavity blow mold. The final products can be widely used on the packing fields for water, carbonated or Non-carbonated drink, juice, edible oil, medicine, detergent, shampoo and so on. 
ALMS series is a new manul stretch blow moulding machine, with the blowing unit and infrared heating unit combine together.
Thereinto, the infrared heating unit is in charge of heating the PET preform to suitable soft condition for blowing; and the blowing unit will finish the whole bottle blowing process, including sealing, stretching, blowing, exhausting and blow mold’s moving,
controlled by advanced microcomputer control system.

· New design heating unit reduce the bottle preform distance, Single line infrared lamp heat both sides of preforms,
   can save electric energy more than 50%;
· Maximum loading capacity of the infrared preform heating unit up to 58pcs preforms;
· Simple operation and highly-trained is not required, Heating and blowing by single person,
   the capacity can reach 1400BPH;
· Fast, low cost production changeovers, the mould change can be finished by one person only;
