Description
ALS-1-5000 is a kind of manual Stretch-Blow Molding Machine and specially designed to produce jumbo bottle and wide mouth jar up to 5L with 1-cavity blow mold. After equipped with additional pneumatic elements, ALS-1-5000 can also be converted to produce small bottle with 2-cavity blow mold.
Each set of ALS-1-5000 is made up of two parts: Bottle Blower and Infrared type Preform Reheater. Thereinto, the reheater is in charge of heating the PET preform to suitable soft condition for blowing; and the bottle blower will finish the whole bottle blowing process, including sealing, stretching, blowing, exhausting and blow mold's moving, controlled by advanced microcomputer control system..
